Passengers wishing to travel from Lima Airport to the downtown area have several choices; taking a taxi from outside the Arrivals Hall is probably the quickest and most convenient option although passengers are advised to only use one of the three official taxi companies that operate from here.

Another option is to take the bus that runs between the airport and downtown Lima; the nearest bus stop can be found on the main avenue leading into the city.

Alternatively, you can jump on a minibus known locally as combi; these operate to and from the city, stopping at all the main avenues including avenida Abancay, avenida Tacna and avenida Wilson. There is also a limited train service to downtown Lima.

General Parking Facilities

The main car park can be found directly in front of the main building; parking here is charged by the hour with the first ten minutes being free. Secure parking is available at the car park entrance, with parking charged on a daily basis.
